The 67th National Square Dance Convention

Joyce and Marvin started square dancing in 1972, and have continued to dance since then. They have served as officers in their local clubs, as well as in other elected and appointed positions in their Federation. Additionally, during the 57th NSDC in Wichita, Kansas, they assisted in the Education Program by presenting a seminar on "Families in Square Dancing".

Marvin is a retired system operation manager of a corporate headquarters IT system department; while Joyce retired from a career as a senior client trainer in accounting and human resources.

For several years, they were active in a clogging club and currently enjoy dancing Mainstream through Challenge II. Besides square dancing, they are very active in a camping club, tractor club, and Lions Club.
