Kansas City On Display (City Tour)

Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday
June 26, 27, & 29, 2018 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Our convention week begins with a sightseeing tour of Kansas City with its bustling downtown entertainment and theater districts, some very special museums, some very colorful characters from our "oh-so-colorful past" - President Harry S. Truman and Mickey Mouse both claimed our metroplex as home.

Our city was the real gateway to the frontier west in the early days. The Santa Fe, Oregon and California trails saw their travelers arrive by steamboat and depart by wagon train. Recent Kansas City progress is exemplified by our amazing Performing Arts Center, magnificent boulevard system, our restoration of America's third-largest railroad station across from Hallmark Crown Center, our beautiful neighborhoods, and the city's crown jewel - the Country Club Plaza, the "world's original suburban shopping center."

$38.00 per person: This city guided tour includes transportation.
